The Canadian Young Analyst Fellowship is a paid, intensive 8-week program for Canadian high school students in Grades 10-12 who want structured preparation for top undergraduate business programs and competitive career paths.
CYAF Fellows don't scramble during first semester. They walk in prepared, confident, and ready to excel. While others are learning the basics, you'll already have the skills, network, and experience to thrive from day one.
We experienced it firsthand. Walking into our first semester of business school, we were shocked by how much everyone else seemed to already know. The unspoken rules, the terminology, the networking strategies, the recruiting timelines.
Don't wait until first semester to realize what you're missing.
Here's what your peers at top business programs already know (or are scrambling to learn):
Class selection, balancing workload, club deadlines, recruiting timelines
How to cold email, coffee chats, professional communication, dress codes
Behavioral frameworks, structured thinking, communication under pressure
Unspoken timelines, application strategies, interview prep, resume building
Following markets, reading business news, understanding key sectors and career paths
EBITDA, pitch deck, ROI, valuation, market cap, revenue growth, profit margins
Real outcomes from fellows now thriving at top schools and firms.
Join Canada's premier fellowship for ambitious high school students preparing for top business programs. Cohort begins March 7th.

CYAF gives students the clarity, structure, and confidence they need before entering university. You'll learn how business programs actually work, what top students do to secure internships, how to network effectively, and how to build a professional brand. The program demystifies the recruiting process, teaches you the analytical and communication skills employers value, and equips you with a concrete execution plan for your first year of university. By the end, you'll have real deliverables (stock pitch, case competition experience, resume toolkit), actionable strategies, and the mindset to hit the ground running.
Not at all. While we cover finance and consulting, the program is broad and intentionally builds transferable skills that apply across all business careers. Whether you're passionate about marketing, entrepreneurship, tech, accounting, or any other business path, CYAF equips you with the communication, analytical thinking, networking, and professional development skills to succeed.
Not at all. Grade 10-11 is the most important time to start learning and preparing for students who are eager to succeed. We do not accept Grade 9 students.
CYAF is fully designed around making students succeed in personal and professional development while learning the blueprint to success in business. This isn't surface-level stuff — it's structured, coached, and outcome-focused with real deliverables and direct feedback. You'll learn from mentors who have been through the recruiting process at elite schools, clubs, and jobs, and can show you exactly what works.
The fellowship is specifically designed for Canadian students preparing for Canadian business programs. However, we may consider exceptional international applicants planning to apply to Canadian universities.
The program runs as 1-2 live sessions/week, with practice and deliverables. Students can keep up alongside school without overload or any exam conflicts. We recommend ~4 hours/week.
For each session, most, if not all team members (Jeremaiah, Leo, and Sam) will be on the call. We also have our Teaching Assistant team help with building curriculum, planning, and moderating.
Yes, the fellowship is conducted entirely online, allowing students from across Canada to participate. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space for sessions.
Recordings are available for all sessions. However, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for the best experience. We will make sure that you are caught up to speed and on track.
You will have better communication, analytical thinking, professional networking, and interview skills. Additionally, depending on your tier, you'll receive: stock pitch project, case competition experience, resume/cover letter templates, networking scripts, detailed summer plans, university action plans, mock interview experience, and unlimited 1:1 coaching (Platinum).
Yes. The fellowship demonstrates initiative, commitment, and genuine interest in business. The learning, mentorship, and deliverables will strengthen your applications by helping you become a more polished candidate, build real experience, and provide concrete examples of your skills.
We don't guarantee admissions. We do guarantee that CYAF will help you build the necessary skills, experiences, know-how, and stories to excel in your applications. We also guarantee that no matter what business program you get into, you will be at the top 1% in preparation, understanding, mindset, and plan to execute.
Yes, all graduates receive a CYAF Certificate of Completion that you can add to your resume, LinkedIn, and university applications.
We offer three tiers: Silver ($750 CAD) for first 4 weeks + option to upgrade, Gold ($1,650 CAD) for full 8-week program with all core content and deliverables, and Platinum ($2,050 CAD) for unlimited 1:1 coaching, tailored mentor matching, and detailed action plans.
If you and your family believe the only aspect holding you back from joining is the financial aspect, please email us. We can review any extenuating circumstances and discuss a potential plan but there are no guarantees.
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for families who need them. Details are provided during the acceptance process.
We offer a refund within the first week of the fellowship if it's not the right fit. After the first week, refunds are not available.
Absolutely. CYAF is specifically designed for Grades 10-12, with age-appropriate content and mentorship. We maintain a professional but supportive environment.
Parents are welcome to contact us, receive progress updates, and ask any questions. We value parent partnership and transparency.
No. We believe school comes first. The fellowship is structured around a predictable weekly schedule with clear expectations, so students can plan ahead and stay on top of school. We keep work focused on high-value deliverables and we do not assign busywork. If a student has a heavy week at school, we can adjust pacing and priorities so academics stay first.
